Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series - Zap Attack

Reviewed: 07/04/2014

I Need Some Zaps Of Soda Water To Revive Me Now!

Yeah; I'm doing a friday night episode rant for The Mighty Ducks; mainly because of the threat of hurricane Arthur. Anyhow; this episode is summed up like this: Dragonous uses electrical gremlin to hack into Drake One and wreck havoc on the city. That is so not B-level TMNT stuff; no siree. Let's rant on shall we...?!

This episode was written and story edited by David Wise. I'm guessing the animation was done by Walt Disney Animation Japan with additional services done by Sunwoo since Shigeru Yamamoto is on the credits.

We begin this one at the Arrowhead Pond as we head to some entertainment room with Nosedive using a remote to turn on a television set while cutting a promo about relaxing his brain; which prompts Tanya to appear out of nowhere to ask if he had a working brian. We then hear a male announcer on the television tell us that some scientist named Denton P. Hoogerman has gone into hiding which Nosedive blows off as being a snoozefest. Again; why watch this when Michaelangelo's doing it twice as good as Nosedive trying to do it and failing. Tanya then notices the picture of an old man who looks like your average science stereotype; and apparently, he is a friend of Tanya. Why is the television sparkling? Why is the police not caring about this guy? Why should I care about this babyface version of Doctor Wiley? Why are we seeing the CGI puck scene changer barely thirty seconds in? Why am I doing this on Friday night? Why am I asking stupid questions? Okay; we see Nosedive and Tanya walking to Drake One which has a phone on the console. Tanya explains that she met him at Electric Land and they usually do science stuff. And play cards as Tanya picks up the phone and auto-dials; which she gets the messaging service which of course she gets blown off by Doctor Denton, because he hates press hounds; or something. Tanya then tells us that Denton owns a little island off the coast which has no phone. Which coast? You are not going to tell us, aren't ya? Then we get red alert signals as Drake One is acting like a Maverick from Mega Man X4 onward just invaded California or something. We then discover that someone has broken into Orbital Labs which proves that these ducks are indeed, the poor person's Darkwing Duck team. Wildwing wants them to roll out as we get the CGI sequence with the Aerowing to waste some time. So we head to Orbital Industries which is basically NASA if it was a private company. We then see a couple of workers running away stage left in the launch area from orange lasers as we pan over to the space shuttle showing Chameleon and Siege firing on the hapless workers. They jump down and Chameleon loves lasers in the morning.

So we see the Aerowing land on the pavement without incident which I hope Chameleon likes laser backfires in the morning. Chameleon goes for the wrist communicator and informs Dragonous (who else?) that the ducky has landed. The babyfaces run in six on two as Dragonous blows off Chameleon for being an idiot and wants them to take care of the ducks. Chameleon tells Dragonous not to worry as Wildwing yells to the babyfaces to stop them from getting the rocket. Nosedive shoulder tackles Chameleon down to the ground as a device falls onto the ground. Okay; just before Wildwing yells at them to stop the heels; there was a orange laser gun shoot that Wildwing didn't even defend, let alone sell it. Chameleon also got off a funny line where he proclaims that they'll orbit their tail feathers before getting MURDERED by Nosedive. Siege uses the tail to clobber Nosedive and then gets clobbered by Mallory, Duke and Tanya. Yes; Wildwing did absolutely nothing! And I thought Batman Victor was wildless. AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Siege starts shooting while Chameleon and Nosedive are invoking the Gecro-Roman Knucklelock of Doom as Chameleon does more Bubba impersonations which are actually funnier than when Welker did it for Bubba at least. Nosedive shoves him away. Then it's Rodney Dangerfield and his "no respect" promo complete with target eyes which did amuse me somewhat. Grin throws a large metal container towards Siege and Siege barely dodges it which is one of the few times that it didn't look mistimed. Then Mallory, Tanya and Wildwing (about damn time he did something other than boss ducks around) shoot their puck guns through the container and they all hit Siege and Chameleon. Earth to Disney: A puck gun is basically a bullet shooting gun; only with bigger sized bullets. Chameleon and Siege cannot dodge it as Chameleon proclaims that this toying is long enough and they use their wrist communicators to teleport out. So the babyfaces go over to the rocket as Wildwing looks towards the rocket deducing that they were trying to sabotage the rocket. I think they already did Wildwing; but whatever.

Duke then picks up the device on the ground that Nosedive knocked out of Chameleon's hands when he did that shoulder tackle; and sees it as useful somehow. Wildwing tells the babyfaces it's time to return to the Arrowhead Pond because we have a hockey game to go to. This gives new meaning to the sentence: I went to see a fight; but then a hockey game broke out. Only in this case; it's an afternoon game at the Arrowhead Pond as we get a sky shot of the ice rink as a bunch of human hockey players in Cyan uniforms are skating towards Wildwing passing the puck to each other. It's 3:03 in the second period as Roy Firestone informs us that the Mighty Ducks came out strong in the first period; but the Flamingos (I have zero idea which city it is from because Roy mumbles the city name and I have no subtitles to help me) have tied the game up it seems. So Mallory steals the puck and tries the wraparound ; but the Flamingo goalie makes the easy save as we see Nosedive complaining about not buying a break in this game with Tanya in tow. Then we scene change to inside the Raptorous at a side console computer with Wraith as Dragonous is pushing buttons and generally talking about ducks in such a negative manner; like it's a fetish to him. Siege comes in complaining because they failed so that at least answers my question about if they sabotaged the rocket or not. I was wrong and Siege pretty much pointed out that it's six against one, thus making the ducks look like heels. Actually; it was six on two as Chameleon does his Curley Fine Three Stooges impression which is not as funny as it was in 1996. Siege hates Chameleon, what a surprise?! Dragonous blows them off and apparently; they are basically told to take the episode off as Dragonous is shooting some kind of electrical beams at a fuzzy sphere which turns into an electric gremlin of some kind. I think I know where this is going and we don't need to replay Double Darkwings 2nd run syndies again guys. So Wraith traps the gremlin with a glass jar and then the gremlin simply decide to join the heels as he is let go; and he dials the phone number (yes; the Raptorous has a phone; for no reason at all.).

So the gremlin cuts a promo on reversing the charges just to get in the electrical pun #1 for the episode almost five minutes in! We then head to Drake One as we just have to have a female voice message being sarcastic as the electrical gremlin of doom appears through the phone and goes into Drake One and up the wires. Did I mention that the wires are connected to the Jumbotron?! That is important to note as we head back to the rink as Grin shoots and the puck nails the goaltender flush as the net and the goalie fly into the glass. Roy proclaims that this is the winning goal as the Ducks win 4-3. Here's the obvious problem with this: The netting came off BEFORE the puck passed the line; so that means the goal must be disallowed. I should point out something: Denton is voiced by Efrem Zimbalist Jr.; who passed away a few months ago at the age of 95. So we see the electric gremlin on the screen and he basically causes the Jumbotron to explode which shocks the crowd which looks awfully stiff. Nosedive proclaims that he took the air completely out of the room. So then the gremlin does a Scrappy-Doo promo (thus killing his heel heat instantly) and bounces off the board which Roy decides to play up as some sort of stunt or something. So the gremlin manages to tackle all six duck and make them splatter on the ice like complete morons. Then the gremlin dodges a puck shot by Duke (I think); and then the gremlin jumps over the board into the penalty box; gives a raspberry and bails. Wildwing wants them to get that gremlin as they use their wrist communicators to change into their normal battle gear which prompts the scene changer of doom. No one gave a crap about this; and neither did I. So we head back to Drake One as they separate to look for the gremlin; and then we notice the electric gremlin is splattered on the monitor hissing and laughing at the babyfaces. He breaks through the monitor and basically MURDERS Drake One.

So we get puck shooting and sword slicing which causes the gremlins to split into two everytime; causing Wildwing to yell at them to stop. Yeah; it took all five babyfaces to only split the gremlin into six gremlins. Very symbolic...EH! So the six electric gremlins go through the metal door towards the hanger and then they simply pop from the Duck Dogs Sign and bail in various directions. So we get a long CGI sequence of the Migrator driving out of the Arrowhead Pond as Wildwing is driving and generally getting on Tanya's case to get a signal. Tanya is yelling that she is trying to get a bead on it; but as they pop from the Duck Dogs sign, the electric gremlin pops out of the passenger side computer Tanya was using to get a signal. The gremlin chuckles for fun and then we see it go into the steering console Wildwing was using to drive the thing; and it take over. The Migrator is driving outside Anaheim Mall and it bounces into a palm tree; and it rolls over like an SUV. The ducks I think get out and notice some denizens hitting the gremlin including a woman who bashes one of them with a purse causing them to split into four more gremlins as Nosedive points out that they just keep multiplying. Whoever did this video cut really screwed up here as the gremlins separate into four directions causing one of them to jump into the hard camera to end the segment eight and a half minutes in. Not much to see here.

After the commercial break; we see the gremlin coming out of the stop lights literally flashing all three colors at once. It bails and we hear cars crashing and then see a lame car crash which appears that no one could have gotten hurt by it even without seatbelts. We cut to the Migrator as Nosedive wants to go to a hotel until this blows over as they are not even trying to hide the fact that Nosedive is a poor man's Michaelangelo. Wildwing asks Tanya on this subject of science; and she doesn't have a clue. Why thank you Tanya; now I don't have to give a damn about you either. However; Denton could be of service since he is an expert on electrical stuff and whatnot; and is probably on the island. So we see the gremlins going into mach trucks and making them drive by themselves. At least one of them destroys an LED sign that sezs Welcome to Weiner World. So Wildwing orders Nosedive and Duke to go after the gremlins in the subway which Nosedive complains about because Wildwing is more concerned about the gremlin driving the truck as it "nearly" runs over Mallory. When I say "nearly" Mallory would have never have been hit even if she didn't move at all. So the gremlins go into the subway cars and Nosedive and Duke get into the car and force all the passengers to get out of the cars without explaining them that a gremlin was in said car. Nosedive breathes a sigh of relief; but the train sliding door go shut and the train races like in Speed. Whatever. So we have the truck driving towards the mailbox where Mallory and Wildwing are hiding. The anime like designs are obvious in some of the shots as Mallory cocks her puck gun; but Wildwing stops her because it would take out a city block from the fuel. After all the episodes of vandalism by the babyfaces; NOW he cares about protecting people's properties. Mallory blows him off and they bail as the trucks comes closer to Mallory this time around; indicating that it was a BS&P spot. Then we cut to a motorboat with the Anaheim Mighty Ducks logo on the front as I discover that this is the Duck Foil. Ummm; I know foils. Kit Cloudkicker knows foils. You ducks know nothing about "foils".

So we notice that the thing is headed for Doctor Denton's island which apparently; Denton is as sadistic as Gadget Hackwrench because there are water mines underneath the water and the explosions are so laughably wimpy that make Dave The Barbarian look like Grin. Speaking of Grin; she is with Tanya on the Duck Foil as it S-curves onto the beach without further incident. So we get more dodging the truck as Mallory wonders how to stop the truck without setting off the fuel; which Wildwing responds that they need to do an inside job. So they jump onto the driver and passenger side of the truck and get into the truck proving that the truck doesn't have automatic windows. So Mallory tries to prepare her puck gun; but the gremlin jumps out of the truck console and into her puck gun; completely destroying the gun. So then we cut to a shot of the subway train speeding down the track. Duke and Nosedive get into the front of the train. Duke tries to push the button on the console and out jumps the gremlin destroying the button. It taunts the babyfaces and then bails inside so Duke tries the brakes which work...for about ten seconds and then the gremlin rejects them causing them to drop on their asses. Nosedivangelo calls this a regal pain; which would have been funny if I was in pain right now. Unless you consider boredom a version of pain. Duke then realizes that the train is going to jump the tracks at some point as they bail to the second car as Duke L'Orange uses the L'Banana Yellow Sword Of Doom to destroy the canopy and metal connector to the train; causing the train car to separate from the engine room. The babyfaces think they are safe as the electric gremlin basically sezs "SCREW YOU!" and goes back into the engine to put on the brakes; and then runs the engine room backwards towards the babyfaces. So the train cars crash into each other and we actually get a lot of carnage from this crash. Now this would have been somewhat gruesome if they didn't...

...Suddenly cut back to Wildwing trying to drive the mach truck infected by the electric gremlin. The truck drives itself towards a brick wall and Wildwing and Mallory jump out of the truck. The truck blows up and the explosion only took out a small piece of the wall. REFUND! Then we head into the island jungle as Grin and Tanya are dodging lasers from a large gun on top of a fortress like science station. Denton hates door to door salesman and wants everyone to get the heck off his island basically. Grin and Tanya bail behind the bushes as Tanya thinks this value of privacy is complete overkill. Geez; you THINK?! So Tanya brings out her puck gun and fires it at the gun and it's destroyed in seconds. Denton's defenses really suck as Tanya and Grin make it to the door; and Tanya knocks on metal calling for Denton to answer because Tanya is here. You know; if Denton is acting like this recently, wouldn't it be compelling if Denton was really Chameleon all along; and was using Tanya as a pawn in the whole scheme? That would actually explain the whole suddeness of Tanya having a human friend that isn't a scummy owner. Plus; it would build emotional..Oh wait; that would be a "bad" idea because it doesn't sell the hockey game to kids. Denton no sells and opens the door slightly to reveal another laser gun causing both babyfaces to bail when it fires once. The door closes as Tanya proclaims that they caught him at a bad time. So Grin proclaims that his inner peace has been ruined for today and basically destroys the door revealing Denton with his laser gun; which he suddenly sees Tanya. He is surprised and we cut back to the carnage in the subway as we see the gremlin jump out of the car and into the side electrical wires in the subway system. Nosedive and Duke climb out of the carnage wondering how the rest of the babyfaces are doing and if it's better than they are. So we cut to the mack truck on fire spilling fuel as Mallory states the obvious for us. Then Nosedive and Duke run in to allow Nosedive to cut a driver's ed promo which Mallory calls this a tactical disaster; and then they walk away leaving the truck to burn. Yeah. These ducks don't give a damn.

So we scene change back to Orbital Industries as we see a large machine like device being pulled up by some sort of pulley system as out of nowhere; Wraith shows up and opens up the thing to place some sort of device on it; which he claims will start the "fowl play" for real. Why do we need a duck pun in this episode? I don't know as we cut to the four babyfaces walking around as they hear the announcer point out that Orbital Industries is launching a new space ship. Blah, blah, blah. They are watching from the electronic store. Blah, blah, blah. Nosedive wants to watch cartoons. Blah, blah, blah. This episode is going nowhere. Blah, blah, BLAH~! So the duck deduce that this is a bad situation because the gremlins will try to to sabotage it since they work for Dragonous. I assume that Wraith's device is in fact a transmission device to bring the gremlins to the spaceship as Wildwing demands that they defend the spaceship; which Mallory points out is useless because they are getting their asses kicked. Then they talk about short circuiting the creatures which creates a erukea moment as apparently; their weakness is water. This makes no sense at all. If you ever played a Pokemon game before: Ground trumps Electric types in terms of offense. Ground is basically earth elemental. So to defeat them; you need to drown them in soil or even SEAMEN-T~ would be effective enough to stop them. It's SO obvious water is not going to work here. Nosedive wants to arm themselves to the gills and then we cut to Tanya, Grin and Denton walking into the living room making small talk. Tanya pleas for Denton to help them because the world is in danger and Denton no sells the goods because it's out of the question. However; Denton offers to play cards instead. Here's the problem: Just tell him what the problem is and maybe he can at least tell her how to counter the creatures instead of being directly involved in saving the world. That way; both parties come home happy. Tanya is a freakin idiot because she doesn't give a damn about his privacy and if she was smart, she would compromise. Tanya is supposed to be the #3 babyface of the team too. DUMB!

So we head to the Captain Comics Store as the obese red haired comic geek stereotype (from The First Faceoff) is at the counter showing the babyfaces various water guns. I am serious about this. This is basically a gun show only instead of bullets; we don't even have water here. What the hell is Comic Book Deadringer wearing those kooky shades for because one part is lime green and the other half is grey for no reason. He asks what they are for as Nosedive tells him that they need it to save the world; as they simply walk out without the weapons without paying for them. Yeah. And the comic book guy's name is Thrash as well. LAME! Thrash looks as confused as I am when it comes to this show so we head back to the living room table as Denton, Tanya and Grin are playing cards together and making small talk. They are playing Go Fish as Tanya asks for 7's which he doesn't have. Allegedly. His poker face tells me he's lying because he cuts a promo on missing this part of his life when he turned his back on humanity. Yes; he said this. So Denton is clearly a Luddite which means Tanya should just quit while she is behind by about three 7's. So Tanya brings up the helping part again which Denton no sells again. I am writing this before it happens because it's so predictable: Denton hates humanity despite the immunity to irony that this perposes. Again to Tanya: Just tell him what the problem is and maybe he will help you. And saying please also helps too! So Grin simply grabs him by the lab coat and basically threatens to rearrange his face if he doesn't help them which Denton changes his tunes and decides to see the light instead. I should note that this is AFTER he said that humanity uses his inventions as weapons. That makes Grin into a heel and he's the #6 babyface at least. Denton has a legit beef and they booked it to have Grin act like a total monster heel? I shake my head in disbelief. If Tanya explained the problem and then Denton no sells; then Grin's sudden anger makes sense. Here; they removed the "explaining the problem" and acted like he should help them. This is a bad gangster scene.

So we cut back to Orbital Industries AFTER HAPPY HOUR (after dark) as we get a sky pan shot of the area and pan left towards the gate entrance as Wildwing deduces that they'll try again, even betting his Water Weasel. A water weasel is a basically a Super-Soaker Water Gun for the two of you who still care about this show. We then get a closeup of the ducks with water guns. I cannot take this seriously even if I tried. Mallory sums this whole thing up for me as Wildwing notices the electrical gremlins running about and we have the seizure inducing water gun fight of death which apparently causes pain to the gremlin's back. And then we get dozens of jump cuts showing the gremlins in the same selling sequence over and over again against a grey background selling pain in their back; like Hulk Hogan raking a pro-wrestler in the back; which they use light flashes galore. This was years before the infamous Porygon episode of Pokemon which allegedly causes many children in Japan to have seizures. This is like Adventure Cartoon Productions only transported into 1996! So yes folks; for those of you who proclaimed that TaleSpin's animation was sub-par. I was right. Rocket Robin Hood did come back at anytime. It took about 30 years; but still. So the gremlins bail out of Orbital Industries as the rocket ship launches which Wildwing proclaims victory. Riiiiiggggghhhhtttt. So we cut to somewhere in Anaheim as the cloaking device of the Raptorous is off revealing the ship which Siege complains about. Dragonous apparently did this on purpose because he is claiming victory as there is a shot of the shuttle on the monitor inside the cockpit. So we cut to the babyfaces chasing the gremlins into a construction site in which they hide inside various construction machines which come to life. Mallory then realizes the one fatal flaw in this plan: they are low on ammo. Nosedive goes to a water pipe and tries to turn the knob to open the tap; but only one drop...drops. The vehicles turn on their headlights and surround the babyfaces as Nosedive proclaims that they are in a power play post-something (Stop mumbling please!) to end the segment 17 minutes.

After the commercial break; we see the machines come closer as Nosedive proclaims that they are screwed as Duke dodges the wrecking ball and then we jump cut back to the Raptorous and inside with Dragonous at the cockpit proclaiming that he will wipe out all the capitals of the world which Wraith proclaims in a semi-sarcastic manner that he'll be ruler of the world within minutes; calling it brilliant. Chameleon is not buying what Wraith is selling because he knows Wraith's gimmick is to point out how doomed the plan is and kill incentive to watch the show. So we return with more "duck squashing" as Mallory and Wildwing are dodging dirt from the scooper. Nosedive is running from a bulldozer; and then turns around and aims his puck gun at the thing. Problem is; the gremlin out of nowhere gets into his puck gun and destroys it; prompting Nosedive to blow them off for not having fun at all. So then Grin, Tanya and Denton run in with what Denton calls an electro-magnet device which he places on the ground. The purpose of this is to suck up electric gremlins which it does to perfection. Nosedive asks where Tanya found him and Tanya claims that it's a long story. Then the the electric sphere grows bigger and bigger and finally it turns into a electric Godzilla gremlin as it walks off and destroys everything including what appears to be Angels Stadium where the California Angels are located. Nosedive then blows off Denton calling him a loon as now we have a huge monster now. So we cut back to the Raptorous for Dragonous to inform us that he is taking over the space shuttle as I discover that the satallite in orbit (which I assume was part of the space shuttle) is the thing controlling it now. Then we hear buzzing as they return to the out of nowhere Duck Cycles (WHAT?) as Duke is confused over this. Wildwing pushes a button on the Duck Cycle console (after we hear a Zap One from a male voice) and we hear a male voice call Drake One to tell Wildwing that the Space Shield (which I assume is the satellite dish Wraith put the device on) has been controlled.

Duke claims it's Dragonous and bets on it despite the fact that half of his left eye is colored in the same color as his beak which is clearly shown on tape for four seconds or so. I cannot take Duke seriously saying that. These color stylists suck! Wildwing has a headache because they were the cause for it to launch in the first place. HA! So we get a shot of the satellite in space as Mallory claims that it is basically a flamethrower laser which is basically the fire elemental beam version of the Lightning Gun. So they talk some more and then Tanya sees a large energy monster and a satellite which prompts Wildwing to ask Denton about converting energy into radio waves; which Denton points out that it is not only possible; but basically the building blocks of broadcasting. Wildwing proclaims that he has an idea and demands that Denton come with them and bring the magnet device with them. So we head back to the satellite as it shoots a beam and destroys an interstate in a nuclear explosion which missed the city of Las Vegas by at least a mile. Dragonous is angry and Wraith is sarcastically claiming that the plan is still brilliant. At least Wraith is doing this 18 minutes in instead of thirty seconds in, which allows advertisers to at least have a chance to salvage their businesses somewhat since they had two commercial breaks before Wraith started this stuff. So we head back to outside the Orbital control room as Grin punches the door down and the two orange colored workers are forced to bail because the ducks have taken over the control center which seems to be a running gag for this series; along with using water as a solution. So Tanya start plugging stuff as we cut to the satellite dish as Denton inserts the magnet device into the slot inside the base of the satellite proclaiming that the thing will draw the electric gremlin in like a magnet as Tanya continues to coordinate the computer effort here. Nosedive only seems to care about cutting promos about sports and lifting Michaelangelo's B-level promos.

So here's the finish: The gremlin arrives. Denton, Wildwing, Mallory and Duke bail out as the energy magnet device sucks up the creature. Then we pan up to the satellite dish as the gremlin is shot into the air. The gremlin like beam flies towards space; and destroys the satellite causing the gremlin to spin away from the hard camera which is similar to the opening of Digimon 01. It spins out of sight with a star sparkle in space which we cut back to outside the satellite room as Denton simply states that he was wrong and has seen the error of this way. Yeah; because Grin threaten to destroy your fugly face, you goofy bald-faced moron! Grin basically ushered a death threat like a heel would. Denton then turns around and walks away as Wildwing asks why he would turn his back on humanity; which Denton turns around and tells them that his faith was restored in believing in ducks. HAHA! Now THAT is a good middle finger to Grin right there and Denton simply walks away stage right as Nosedive calls him one whacky earthling. So we head back to Drake One which at least has not been magically restored to it's former self as Tanya needs a cleaning lady; but Wildwing is relieved that the gremlins are gone. And then an electrical gremlin comes out and the question I have here is: How can this be possible when all the gremlins were already combined? The babyfaces are not happy about having to deal with this logic break again; but Duke thinks this isn't a big deal because he still has Dragonous' communicator as he sets it on the console of Drake One which causes the gremlin to absorb himself into the communicator. Duke claims that this is Dragonous' problem now as we head back to the Raptorous as Dragonous is pissed off of being screwed again as Wraith finally reveals that he was being sarcastic all along in claiming that it was a brilliant plan. Dragonous asks what else could the ducks do to him and then the gremlin pops out of the Raptorous console and chuckles like an evil heel. Then it bounces inside the cockpit of the Raptorous as Dragonous panics because it could destroy the ship as we cut to outside the Raptorous with a really slow zoom out with crashing noises and hissing off-screen which takes about thirty seconds to complete. Yeah; this is Mighty Hercules-equse as this ends the episode at 21:15. This was just a whole bunch of nothing with a funny finish from Denton. ** (40%).

THE REVIEW LINE

I'm going to keep this review line short and sweet: It was below average with some bad Mighty Hercules-equse animation in some places. I thought the convincing Denton part was horrible on Grin's part; but it was funny in the end because Denton basically went home saying "I have faith in anthro ducks; but no faith in humanity"; as a giant middle finger for Grin threatening him earlier. So at least it was amusing on that part. Otherwise; this was basically a B-level TMNT episode which is par for the course for this series in general. So; next up is Dave The Barbarian for real which if I'm lucky, it will be done on Saturday which is possible now that the hurricane coming up is basically a wind storm with not much power left. If I happen to keep power; I might do a second Mighty Ducks episode on Sunday. Might. I could spend a full day doing the TaleSpin Connections page to pass the time. So....

Thumbs down for this episode and I'll see you all next time.
