Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series - Bringing Down Baby

Reviewed: 09/07/2014

Bringing Up Yet Another Plot From DTVA.

Well; here's another episode I am dreading as we have The Wuzzles pilot episode; which wasn't all that good, and Three Men & A Booby all rolled into one. Dragonous sends an egg to the babyfaces and the alien inside grows and reeks havoc on Anaheim while the heels set up a tractor beam to fling meteors into the earth to make it submit. Not liking these prospects at all. Let's rant on shall we...?!

I don't know who wrote nor story edited this episode. Animation was apparently done by Sunwoo Animation and Studio B according to IMDB. Sounds about right.

We begin this one inside a studio where there is a ceiling fan being animated. We pan west to a director and Phil Palmfeather so this is clearly a photo shot that the ducks must do for him for PR reasons. Or some fake charity Phil made up on the spot. So out of the dressing room doors come Tanya, Duke, Mallory and Nosedive in these stylist nightmare outfit. Nosedive looks like a ninja with a watch that has a bear pop out of it. So the four babyfaces do some posing while this French accented photographer takes photos of the four babyfaces; when Wildwing runs in proclaiming that they have a crisis causing Tanya to cheer with glee. Yeah; she would rather have a crisis happen instead of doing a photo shoot in more lavander than the law should allow. Where is Grin by the way? Then we get another classic Mighty Ducks moment: The ducks who did the photo shoot transformed their outfits into regular clothes. That is not the classic moment. Wildwing tells us that Dragonous has been spotted in the desert as Tanya informs us that a space probe is touching down in the same area. So the babyfaces leaves and guess who is leaving with them? Grin. Grin has not been seen nor heard from until the shot where the babyfaces are exiting the building and into the Migrator. Like an episode of Impact; every single scene in every single episode has to have a stupid segment. So we head to the semi lush desert as a iguana is on a rock hissing in the foreground; then we pan west to the white parachute probe stuck on the ground as Siege and Wraith are standing in front of it. Siege pulls the parachute strings from the probe and pops it from the ground while Wraith does absolutely nothing but cut a promo about his Saurian dark magic which even the most diehard Mighty Ducks fans would not care about. So he simply floats the probe and we get another classic Mighty Ducks moment as some green crystal rupee from Legend of Zelda is attached to the thing completely out of nowhere. At first I thought it was something that Wraith put on to cause it to float. However; Siege tells us that the crystal is something Dragonous wanted, so it was from space! How? I don't know.

Then Siege tells Wraith to be careful because the crystal might be as dangerous as Dragonous thinks it is; and Wraith's reaction to it is that Siege worries too much. After all the episodes of him claiming that these plans are doomed from the start and giving us no incentive to watch this show, NOW; we are supposed to believe that Wraith is so cool with this plan. So of course; the Aerowing comes in and fires on the heels causing the heels to bail and the space probe sticks to the ground causing the green rupee of doom to unstick and smack onto the ground. It doesn't do a damn thing let alone explode, so Wraith was correct all along. Is this opposite day or something? We then get a brutal shot of the Aerowing flying towards the hard camera; and the thing could have smacked Siege and maybe even Wraith down. Neither heel sells at all as the babyfaces drop down looking like the drop was five seconds before the thing went into the hard camera. So the heels stand away from the probe and teleport out almost ten seconds after Duke, Nosedive and Wildwing bring out the puck guns. I think it was Nosedive because I swear that three ducks hopped out of the Aerowing. It might have been Mallory for all I know. Anyhow; Duke is confused about the heels being after a space probe as Wildwing checks the probe and notices the rupee of doom lying on the ground. He grabs it and thinks Dragonous was after it. Tanya wonders what it is and Wildwing decides to take the thing home for science. Meanwhile; we head inside the Raptorous with Dragonous watching the ducks and acting like he wants them to take the rupee. Well; that makes sense since that looks like a green rupee which is worth one rupee. What can you buy with one lousy rupee?! Anyhow; Wraith and Seige finally admit that this fight was set up on purpose and thus they wanted the babyfaces to grab the rupee so that it can do evil things at it's earliest convenience. Scene changer of doom and we go into the lab inside headquarters as Wildwing is at some sort of lab desk with a sun lamp like arm and two levers (W-JESUS~!) as Wildwing thinks that it's material for Bearlium Crystals which Tanya doesn't think is the case.

Tanya thinks that it's not even a crystal and then the rupee rumbles and shakes. Everyone gets out their puck guns and it's an egg as it hatches and exposes a brown puppy dog with brown armor on. Yes; a bunch of white feathered ducks are pointing guns at a brown animal like creature. Someone should sue Disney for this right now; if anyone was actually watching the show and was over eighteen. So the dog naturally spots Nosedive and wants him to be his mother; because you see, the comedy dork always gets the spot. Except for Eleroo; who was wise and old. Here's another classic Mighty Ducks moment in this: Wildwing is the one who grabbed the rupee right? If that is the case; shouldn't the dog alien see Wildwing as the father? If you want Nosedive to be the father of this alien; shouldn't Nosedive be the one grabbing the rupee instead. Because the summary of this episode is that the one whom imprints itself to the rupee is the father. If logic prevailed; that would be Wildwing, not Nosedive. The Wuzzles got that right and that episode sucked. Again; every segment of every episode has to be stupid. So the dog has a green crystal on the midsection as Tanya tries to pick him up; but the alien panics and runs like a dog underneath a lab table to hide. It whimpers and by the way, another classic moment: Mallory calls the thing an intergalatic teddy bear. She has no concept of the differences between a bear and a dog. Nosedive called the thing disgustly cute; which is in fact true. So the babyfaces kneel down to his level underneath the table as Duke and Wildwing assure the dog that they mean no harm; and Nosedive has a bear watch which he pops the toy bear out. This is enough for the pet dog to come out and embrace Nosedive. This would have worked a lot better if the alien dog looked like an actual bear; or Nosedive's watch had a puppy's head on it. These writers have no idea what they are doing! Nosedive of course is a mean teenager who hate cuteness and blows off the alien dog. What an asshole?! Then he sweveres us and hugs him because he's a natural born father. That is a lie.

Nosedive isn't so sure about this child rearing stuff as the dog hops off Nosedive and runs around as Mallory yells at Nosedive that the puppy needs a leash. Remember that Mallory called it a teddy bear earlier as the dog finds some panel in the back of a piece of high-tech device and starts ripping parts from it. Nosedive goes over to reason with him; but no dice as he takes a metal bottle shaped capasitor right in the beak. HAHA! So Nosedive plays the bear watch again and the dog alien stops and embraces Nosedive again. Yeah; this is dumb, but cute. So then we hear signals from Drake One as the babyfaces all notice on the monitor a shot in space above earth showing red energy waves buzzing around. Duke is the one who accuses Dragonous right away without evidence; so the "Red Herring Disease" is catching at this point. Nosedive has the puck gun on; but Wildwing tells him to sit this one out as Wildwing, Duke and Tanya will check out the waves. Mallory has to stay with Grin and Nosedive to do damage control as the dog is chewing on Drake One's red wires forcing Nosedive to pull him away from the wires. Mallory proclaims that they will be communicating with cans and a string when this is over. This is probably the method the cast and crew used during the making of this show. So we head to a construction site of a high-rise building as we head to the top and it's Siege and Wraith on some machine like device which doubles as a monitor. Dragonous is on the monitor as Siege informs him that he dreams will come true now as Dragonous calls this a nightmare for earth as he laughs. Dragonous then proclaims that the time is right to steal the...wait for it...FLUX CAPACITOR~! Yes; he wants to steal something from Back To The Future; which is a fictional story. Siege claims that he loves ripping off earthlings and then he and Wraith teleport out. So we head back inside headquarters as the alien dog continues to act like all cute puppies would when they are inside house: Wreck the joint. He rips some more circuits off the panel somewhere as we pan over to the double doors.

Now; I was waiting with baited breath for the stuff that the dog ripped off to be for the door as it is shut tight causing the babyfaces to not get in. Nope; the doors slide open and they get in. They had a great cheap laugh spot in place and they didn't go for it? Who is booking this crap? Seriously; I want to know because I don't have credits for writing nor story editing for this episode. So Nosedive, Mallory and Grin run in and we have the chase the puppy sequence. This makes everyone including Nosedive look stupid because Nosedive has used the bear watch twice already in the last three minutes; and it always calm downed the pet. So instead of chasing it; just use the damn watch already! The dog trashes a lab table for fun as Nosedive grabs the dog; while still wearing the watch. Nosedive walks off with the dog into Drake One headquarters and the pet jumps out of Nosedive's arms and runs on the control panel of Drake One for a while. Then the dog trashes the control panel. He dishes out parts; and then uses his green eyes to emmit a neon green beam to melt the laser parts. Didn't we see this crap in Mondo-Man already? So he eats the parts as Mallory makes sure to tell us this (I'm fine with that because there are some vision impaired children in the audience, and they have rights too.); and then the dog hiccups bubbles and then grows about an inch bigger and then jumps up and breaks into the vent shaft. Nosedive and company do almost nothing; even thoughn Nosedive has the secret weapon to stop him around his damn wrist the whole time. So the dog runs into the shaft for a bit; then stops and hiccups while growing neon green. So we scene change back to the construction site as we get another classic Mighty Ducks moment (only this one is good actually) as Duke, Tanya and Wildwing are outside the building which is semi completed on the ground. Duke is using a toothpick and somehow successfully unpicks the lock to open the door. That was great as Duke puts the toothpick in his mouth. It will literally disappear about ten seconds later as the babyfaces walk into the building, only to discover that basically an empty version of Scrooge's Moneybin. Yeah.

Wildwing looks around and is not amused by this hollow shell of a building. So we cut back to a hallway inside headquarters for more stupid pet tricks. As in stupid ducks and dogs type pet tricks! So Nosedive has a name for this dog called Baby as the babyfaces then discover a giant black cacoon propped against the wall. Nosedive I think deduces it as the world's biggest moth while Grin claims that there is a lot of bad energy in that coon. So the coon breaks to the shock of the babyfaces; and out comes a giant brown alien monster with green eyes and sharp teeth growling at the babyfaces. This ends the segment almost nine and a half minutes in. What a dumb episode this is so far?!

After the commercial break; Baby forces the babyfaces to back up as Grin sensed a dark presence in the creature in which Nosedive blows Grin off for saying the enlightenment version of "I told you so". So the babyfaces are against the wall as Mallory orders Nosedive to deal with Baby as he's the father of this pet. Nosedive is a total idiot because he does the "nice kitty" spot which NEVER works. Worse; he claims that this entire thing was seven minutes long; thus once again driving the point home that this is all just a WORK IN STORYLINE; despite everything else being considered IN STORYLINE to be a SHOOT! This is the reverse version of Vince Russo booking. So Baby bails and breaks down a wall; which takes about thirty seconds I might add. Mallory blows off Nosedive for thinking the monster was cute as they go through the wall. Nosedive then proclaims that how they would forget something. BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Projection much there Nosedive? Mallory then threatens to kill Baby if Baby tries to eat her after Nosedive cuts a promo on how Baby is still a little cute puppy in that monster's mind. Yeah. So we go to the construction high rise money bin of death as Tanya calls this hopeless since there are only four walls and a ceiling. Wildwing quotes Grin; which is a dumb thing to do, so Duke is told to slash a hole through the drywall. Wait; this is not metal? How does Wildwing know it's drywall when it looks like metal? I didn't see him use the mask here as Duke uses his banana yellow sword to cut through the dry wall and it exposes a lot of plumbing and wires. A lot more so than usual. It must be wires for the elevator or something. However; there is a white V with a red circle around it, indicating that Phineas P. Viper is making deals with Dragonous again. Yes; Phineas P. Viper is back from Beak To The Future; which I'm ranting on next! So we scene change to the rec room as it is destroyed of course.

Grin walks in as he has vibes that Baby was in here. You don't say Grin?! Grin notices a basketball and a soccer ball being thrown out of the closet. Grin opens the closet door and Baby jumps in and tackles Grin to the ground like dino pouncing on Fred Flintstone. Only Baby is on bottom as Grin tries his ultra-lame low rent Master Splinter dialogue on Baby. Baby grabs Grin by the head and does a military press slam into the floor. Grin goes through the floor; and BS&P is such an ass that Grin lands in an olympic sized swimming pool filled with water, in which I have never seen in this series! Grin swims over and gets out as Mallory and Nosedive run into the room. Nosedive proclaims that he will not ground Baby if he stops this chaos right now. Baby responds by finding the most rusted up dumb bells ever and chomping on them with ease. Then he backs up Nosedive to the wall in which Nosedive was so kind to do for him; making him look like an even bigger moron than he already was. PLAY THE DAMN BEAR WATCH YOU IDIOT!! Baby stalks him and Nosedive brings up the Los Angeles Dodgers. Yes; all NHL teams are copyrighted; but you can still say Dodgers and Giants, as if we don't know that the Dodgers are from Los Angeles and the Giants are from San Francisco from Major League Baseball. Why hasn't the MLB sued Disney yet for infringement? Nosedive then simply runs stage right and this was smarter than Grubby's cornered off spot in The Day Teddy Met Grubby. Baby rips through another wall and this should be enough for this monster to be grounded now. Then he simply rips through the ceiling off-screen and jumps up into the parking lot of the Arrowhead Pond before running off. Scene changer of doom as it is AFTER HAPPY HOUR (for Dragonous at least, for the rest of us, it's after dark) as we see the Migrator in the streets blowing down more palm trees badly animated by Sunwoo. Or it's a recycled shot from another episode. I honestly do not know which is worse; so let's head to Techware Industries; which has a portion of the sign bit off for no reason whatsoever. Unless it's motto is: We take a bite out of science!

We head inside as a brown haired glasses wearing scientist wearing a white lab coat is looking at results; just as Wildwing, Duke and Tanya run into the building. The scientist demands answers to this outrage. Scientist is voiced by Daniel Davies and here is his resume: Rock'N'Roll High School (Fritz Gretel), The Hollywood Knights (Pledge), Falling In Love Again (Meatloaf 1940), CHiPS (Potato Head), Pandemonium (Man #2 in restaurant), Get Crazy (Jews Band), Backwards: The Riddle of Dyslexia, this show and Resident Evil: Outbreak as an additional voice in 2003. That's it. Wildwing wants to know what was stolen and Duke of course wants to know why this scientist doesn't know about them in television. Maybe it's because he has more important things to do than watching television Duke. It's not rocket science you know. So the scientist no sells because it's far too technical; but Wildwing doesn't care. So the scientist basically explains that Siege and Wraith stole a flux capacitor from the lab in which Tanya points out that it uses Bearlonium to create magnetic waves. Scientist nods his head and then catches himself and demands to know how they knew that. Tanya casually explains that their puck guns run on Bearlonium crystals. Yes; she actually opens the trigger on her puck gun to reveal a bar of metal glowing pink. It looks like a battery actually. So we head in the streets of Anaheim as a giant monster is rampaging in the city destroying more stuff than FOWL could ever do. Grin, Mallory and Nosedive are running in the city as Nosedive is still defending Baby while Mallory is blowing off Baby. I then discover that the bite off ther sign of Techware Industries was caused by Baby; and has smoke coming out of it (when it didn't when the Migrator showed up earlier). So the babyfaces enter the lab and Wildwing demands to know why they are here; and all three babyfaces act dumb and stupid. Yes; Mallory seriously hates this; but would rather play dumb to Wildwing than risk punishment from him. This makes no sense at all. Then Nosedive simply explains that Baby escaped rendering the playing dumb absolutely pointless.

So Wildwing demands answers as Nosedive explains that Baby has been eating purple stuff and growing; being a picky eater. This shocks Tanya...and we have a classic Mighty Ducks moment: Bearlonium crystals are purple and have energy you see. Problem is; the stuff he ate at the beginning before he grew, were in fact GRAY! Wildwing wants to know where there could be more of the stuff and the scientist tells us that there is a half ton of this ficitious stone in the warehouse next door. Everyone panics as we get more rumbling as we cut to inside the warehouse with baby (who looks like an Aliens reject by the way) sitting on top of the purple crystals and eating them. Some of them are crystals; and some of them are in glass containers for no reason. I think Sunwoo screwed up here, as usual. So Nosedive runs in blowing off Baby and demanding to take that out of his mouth this instant. I'm sorry Nosedive; but Molly Cunningham saying that is much funnier than you saying it. Baby grows baby and breaks through the roof just as the babyfaces run out of the warehouse which ends the segment almost 15 minutes in. This episode is so stupid that it needs a warning label on it! Kids grow up so fast these things as Nosedive would say. So fast; they see this and rightfully call it a piece of crap and then change the channel. Just remember that this show's purpose is to sell the Mighty Ducks Of Anaheim NHL team.

After the commercial break; we have Baby stomping out of the building and destroying a freeway for fun and damage. The babyfaces notice it walking away as Tanya claims that the Migrator has enough juice to bring the thing down. Then Nosedive acts like he's totally against this because it's Baby and Wildwing claims that they have no choice in the manner. So we head back to the construction site as Siege is putting a rod into the computer while Wraith is talking to Dragonous about the fact that the accursed Mighty Ducks have not caused troubles. So Wraith is now talking like a low rent Shredder now. I'm beginning to wonder if Wraith was supposed to be the Shredder, only in the irony that he acts like Krang in that he knows the plan doesn't work; and Dragonous was the Krang of the team, but acted like Shredder in that he thinks all his plans would work but don't. So Siege puts the flux capacitor in the computer and we have purple electric light shooting out of the antenna. Dragonous is so happy because it worked and the Teenage Mutant Hockey Ducks are not interfering here. So we see Wraith and Siege in shadow (like a bad comic book) watching the purple beam go through space as asteroids stick onto it like a magnet and get pulled towards the earth. Dragonous basically tells us that he is pulling these asteroids (I'm not wasting my MXC joke on this crap) to beat the earth into submission. Ooooookkkkkaaayyyyy. Let's return with the Migrator on the speed at blue super speed. So Tanya goes over to Wildwing (who is driving) and deduces that the entire building they were in was designed to amplify energy from the flux capacitor; so basically the building is a front for the biggest tractor beam in history. By the way; Tanya is the one who said this; I wasn't hyperboling here, she really did say that. Wildwing asks what would Dragonous want with a tractor beam; and Tanya claims that he could pull a meteor which falls and misses the Migrator by about two feet. Migrator dodges exactly two meteors on the ground and then Baby gets on the front of the Migrator's windshield.

Wildwing has had enough of this nonsense and goes to the red button to fire the red laser; but Nosedive cuts him off at the pass because he doesn't want Baby to be killed. The ducks all blow him off because there are innocent lives at stake and Dragonous planted that rupee on them so that the thing can run interference; thus Baby is evil. Which is in fact true. So Nosedive relents and then covers his eyes and cannot watch as Wildwing uses the mask to pinpoint Baby. He tries to fire the blue laser; and then a red laster shoots the Migrator out of nowhere, causing the Migrator to flip like an SUV. Wait, WHAT?! The side door opens and out comes Nosedive yelling "There must be another way" and he follows Baby. The ducks follow in hot pursuit. Wait; so Nosedive caused the SUV to flip over? That makes no sense at all because the laser came from the direction of BABY; not from Nosedive who was inside the Migrator covering his eyes. This episode is so stupid, even a warning label isn't enough anymore. So meteors fall onto the city as we pan over to Siege and Wraith at the tractor beam. Dragonous orders Siege to increase the power of the flux capacitor and Siege sells as he claims that there is a 100% chance of meteors. Meteors fall in Anaheim park, Anaheim mall and about a dozen buildings causing some half decent fires. Back onto the streets as the Migrator is suddenly upright and moving as it is following Baby through town again. Then we see Nosedive on a conveniently placed building as Wildwing wonders what the hell is he doing. I am asking the same question about this writing team as Nosedive is reasoning with Baby who notices him. Note that Nosedive is wearing the watch and has not used it since about ten minutes ago. So what does he do? He uses the watch and the bear song plays. It takes about two minutes of reasoning; but Baby relents and stops being angry and evil, putting Nosedive on his shoulder blade, causing even Mallory to order Wildwing to hold his fire since he had the puck cannon ready to kill Baby.

Yes folks; Nosedive could have stopped Baby anytime he wanted and he didn't until right now when the city was pummeled by meteors. STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! Did I mention dumb?! Not only is Nosedive a total idiot (because he already stopped Baby TWICE with that watch before he even turned big!); but he is an asshole because he had the device to stop Baby and never used it. Then he's surprised when Wildwing wants to kill Baby when all Nosedive had to do was tell Wildwing that Baby can be stopped without killing him. So Nosedive tells Baby to come with him to pay Dragonous a little visit as we cut back to the top of the building where the tractor beam is and Siege and Wraith are cheering for victory as Wraith proclaims that the wretched humans will grovel at their feet. I would too; if only to MAKE THIS EPISODE STOP! So the goons think they have won; when Nosedive and Baby arrive to sic the heels. Baby clotheslines the tractor beam and destroys it as it falls down towards the ground. Siege is angry at Baby for turning on them and the heels teleport out like a bunch of chickens. So that is that and then we have a long sequence of Tanya yelling at Nosedive to grab the flux capacitor which is the purple thingy because Nosedive is an idiot. Nosedive grabs it and gets back onto Baby's hand. Baby climbs down and lets Nosedive down in order for Nosedive to land on ground level. Nosedive gives the flux capacitor to Tanya who uses the Omni tool to screw the top of the flux capacitor while explaining that the crystal has a positive charge. So she is going to reverse the polarity of the flux capacitor which is basically it's neutron flow in order for it to turn neon charge and carry a negative charge, thus turning Baby back into a rupee. Why didn't you say that 15 minutes ago when it mattered? Stupid! Tanya gives the FC to Nosedive since Baby ID's him as the father; Nosedive realizes that this must be done. So Nosedive gives Baby the FC; Baby simply sniffs it and is confused. Nosedive tells him that it's fine and Baby eats it and shrinks; and this takes 30 seconds and a massive jump cut that reverses time for five seconds.

The shrinkage spot looks so choppy that I'm watching 1960's anime again. Baby is in tears in his cute dog form as Nosedive waves farewell to him which was a tender moment destroyed by gross stupidity sadly. Baby turns into a rupee and that is that. Nosedive is in tears and then we get the stupidiest moment in this entire series. Nosedive is crying as Tanya and Duke are consoling him, and then Nosedive stops selling and then yells directly at the hard camera that if he doesn't win an Emmy for this; then there is no justice. UUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! The one good moment this episode had; and it's ruined by another TMNT spot! F*** YOU DAVID WISE! F*** YOU! To Kevin Johnston: You want a psychopath hero like you claim Peter Parker is in the new Spider-Man shows; here's your target right there! And Nosedive winks just to further insult me! Worse; the other babyfaces act like they didn't hear Nosedive despite Nosedive talking normally. THIS SHOW IS CURSED~! So Wildwing grabs the rupee and we head back to headquarters as we do a long sequence of putting the rupee into the freezer because Tanya thinks that it won't hatch in there. Okay. Nosedive then suddenly goes back to selling as if he still feels bad for Baby. Wildwing consoles him as we walk out and then Nosedive stops selling again and proclaims that he wants a pony. Why not? It's not like this show cares about continuity or logic anyway. Wildwing blows off the idea because they cannot keep a pony in here. Nosedive pleads his case to Wildwing who no sells. So Nosedive goes down to dog which was the alien from the start prompting Tanya to claim that she is allergic to dogs. She's lying of course because she wasn't allergic to that alien dog in this entire episode! So we go through the doors as we windle down to gerbil from Nosedive and that ends the episode at 21:03 aired. What a crappy, useless, pointless episode this was?! The plot itself was fine; but everything around it had animation screw ups, logic breaks and a lot of unforgivable stupidity. And of course; one of the worst finishes ever in this series. - 1/4* (-5%); and that is being generous.

THE REVIEW LINE

Well; I didn't like this coming in and it was horrible of an episode. There was a lot of stupid stuff in this; from logic that makes no sense like Nosedive having the weapon to stop Baby and using it twice, and then not use it for ten straight minutes while the thing goes on a rampage. There was the moment where we are supposed to believe Nosedive used a laser to stop the Migrator and flip it over to stop the babyfaces from killing Baby that was staged so badly that I had no idea what was going on. There was a lot of logic breaks (like Grin leaving the building at the beginning with everyone else even though we never saw him until he left the building), coloring mistakes (Baby ate gray stuff when it should have been purple; and that caused a logic break later on), and a lot of rancid behavior, most so at the end when Nosedive did a pathos moment only to stop selling and do a fourth wall breaking moment for a cheap laugh and then went back to selling tears again before he stopped selling at the end. Overall; this is one of the worst moments of the series and the second negative star episode, although it was mostly for the ending. It was a * episode with a - * 1/4 finish. If you want to watch babyfaces caring for mystical alien creatures, watch Mommy For A Day from TaleSpin, Birds Of A Feather from Wuzzles, or pretty much any episode except this one. Your brain will thank you for it. So next up is Beak To The Future, which sounds good on paper at least. So....

Thumbs way down in hell for this episode and I'll see you all next time.
