I sit here today, feeling down and alone
No one is knocking or ringing the phone,
so here I do sit in all my solitude
And so here I decide to express gratitude
 
To all of my friends who online I've met
To Dan and to Aly who make my eyes wet
With their stories so deep and so grand
Who are there for a talk and to reach out a hand.
 
And to Kristof, a great writer and a friend all the way
Who with Dan wrote a story and made my Christmas Day
To Greg and to Dave, who both have wonderful, fabulous sites
And give me something to enjoy on those cold, winter nights
 
To Laura, who helped dream up the upcoming con
So we can all get together and yell: "Solid gone!"
And to Mike G. whose terrific site did most defininately inspire
The number of Tale Spin sites to climb higher and higher.
 
So to all my friends mentioned and the ones left unnamed
There are so many, so I hope not to be blamed
Have a great new year and lots of laughs too
