Peppa Pig Tales #23 Rant
Reviewed: 10/04/2024
Old School Peppa Pig Is Back! Sort of Part 23!
Well, since Peppa Pig the series has been slowing down and there's only four episodes left in the pot, I was going to resume TaleSpin work this year. An easy series that gives me great joy in terms of mockery and enjoyment. There is still lots let to do before I can finally wrap that show up. Sadly, TaleSpin has been delayed until at least 2025, because my second love and enjoyment decided to really run interference on me. How so you ask? Welcome to the Rant Shack: Peppa Pig Tales! And after the very first episode, I cannot resist and I'm going to rant on these "shorts" because Baby Alexander is back and creating a lot more questions than answers. (March 2023 Gregory Weagle Says: Hold it! I have just gotten word that there is no problems with Uncle and Auntie Pig and the family is getting along just fine. You'll see the evidence in Baby Bumps. Only one missing is Cousin Chole now.) Peppa Pig Tales is a series of short 3-3 1/2 minute episodes (Literally up to 75% of an average "Peppasode".) of Peppa Pig doing stuff without the original voices or creators with most of the "filler" cut out. That's basically it. It is awkward listening to this when you are so used to seeing the show, however; it is basically the same in term of premise. So, I'll be doing eight episodes per block like I always do until this series gets sick and tired of this and goes back to the actual Peppa Pig series which has reached eight series up to this point. How do these episodes fare?! Let's rant on shall we..?!
Editor's Note: I will no longer be revealing which episodes were done by whomever, since my video source keeps cutting off the EDs and it's basically the same six to seven writers anyway.
Editor's Note 2: We have a new writter who wrote the Dirt Blaster episode: Gretchen Mallorie. She was responsible for directing the Peppa's Cinema Party and Teletubbies: Ready Steady Go! She also wrote and story edited My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale. She also worked on PJ Masks, Baby Alive and Ricky Zoom.
Game Night: Short opens in the party bus as the Pig family is playing epic game night with Balance The Blue Polly. Basically, it's putting objects and the one side which doesn't break the will of Blue Polly wins. In the background, there is a chalkboard featuring how many wins each member of the family has gotten. Daddy Pig has 16 wins, Mummy Pig has 11 wins, George has 20 wins and Peppa has zero wins. That's not possible, since in the main series, Daddy Pig is dumb and yet the male pigs are beating the female pigs 36-11. This has to be bizzaro world, there's no explaination for it. The actual name is Pack The Parrot, but my name is better, I'm just saying. Peppa puts the hat on Polly's head and that's enough for Blue Polly to extend it's wings and Peppa loses...AGAIN! This is George's 21st win by the way as Peppa sulks because she's zero for the party bus ride on this epic game night. Daddy Pig proclaims that she will win next time, and Peppa asks if they can try next time now. Daddy Pig says "yes" and this causes Mummy Pig to put her winter clothes back on the rack because she wanted to end this. She wants to deny Peppa a win here. Who is trolling who in this situation?! Next game is basically Operation, only with Dine-e-saur and it's bones. George is excited, which makes Peppa too excited and she fails on the first piece, dropping on her ass after the dine-e-saur roars. George is laughing his ass off, and I'm chuckling as well. Peppa keeps saying it doesn't count and she fails and fails and fails some more, just to bury herself even further than anything burying into the soil. Peppa then gives up and wants to play another game as the parents relent as game number three is Digging Up Diamonds. We play for a while and Mummy Pig wins her 12th game, Peppa is not thrilled. Then it's time for Snap, which if you remember the countless times this was played, Peppa absolutely never wins in this game. Yup, Peppa loses, Daddy Pig wins #17.
Next up is Rock, Paper, Scissors as we are really geeking up the geeks here. George wins with rock of course, win #22. Then we do a coin flip, as we stoop to concussion ball lows, George and Daddy Pig win #23 and #18. There is a red buzzer in the back. Peppa wants one more game, but they have played every single possible game. Peppa is done...but wait?! There is another game called "Peppa's Game". Uh-oh! I think we all know where this is going. Puny little troll this Peppa is, trying to win a game using her rules, which are no rules. Let's start this game by having Daddy Pig dress up as a giant birdman, because Daddy Pig has to be the geek of the week, since Peppa Pig is the star and everyone is a geek! Everyone puts stuff on Daddy Pig's head and Daddy Pig gets shocked and dropped on his ass in the process. Daddy Pig loses, so Peppa wins #1. Of course! Round 2 has a giant red dice, as they play no rules, no fucks given snakes and ladders! Then it's rock, paper, scissors, GO! Paper loses, three count, Mummy has to be a hexagain. That is how she said it, don't blame me! These are her rules, where she always win and everyone automatically loses. Mummy Pig loses her balance and falls onto Daddy Pig as the buzzer goes off! Bingo! Let's bring in more cards, Blue Polly and the Digger Diamonds games and combine them. I'm sorry, but without the marble run, it's just a bunch of stuff. Everyone just gives up and chases each other throughout the party bus just to kill time. Oh wait, it's to cameo Mr. Bull and Granddad Dog playing chess. Pfft, whatever! Wait, it's still afternoon. SUZY SHEEP~?! Slide down the slide as the buzzer sounds. Peppa declares everyone lost and everyone wants to lose some more as the narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:08. This was a hilarious mess as Peppa accepts that she is a loser and wanted to share with everyone. And I do mean everyone. *** 3/4 (75%).
Cabin Pressure: Short opens with Peppa Pig, Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and George Pig inside an aeroplane. We have a palette swap of Mummy Rabbit wearing a green dress with brown skin in one of the few times I have seen this on Peppa Pig Tales. I see palette swaps of characters before in the mainline series, but very rarely if at all on this show. There is a palette swap of Mummy Wolf as well, along with Mummy Cat, Mummy Wolf and Zoe Zebra. Everyone gets their seats as Daddy Pig puts the luggage up in storage. Another Mummy Polar Bear and Penny Polar Bear sighting! Mummy Zebra and Daddy Cat are present as the PSA is talking gibberish for no reason. They couldn't get Miss Rabbit's voice actor to do a proper announcer?! Even Peppa is questioning this as everyone puts on their safety belts and Daddy Pig translates it into holiday time. Yeah, I'll bet! The plane takes off, it still look like the wrapper of a submarine sandwich. George cannot take this takeoff as he's sobbing in a realistic fashion with tears rolling down his cheeks while actually holding his ears. Peppa has a plan as she takes out a manual, a red monkey book, a barf bag (which Peppa goes yuck on) and brings out headphones. Peppa gives the headphones to Mummy Pig, George wears them, crisis averted. But wait?! Peppa needs to go for a wee and she doesn't mean playing the Wii. Mummy Pig and Peppa Pig head to the toilet and get squished as Mummy Pig opts to wait outside. Jump cut back to George kicking the seat while enjoying this favorite show. Please let it be TaleSpin, although it's probably Dink The Little Dinosaur. The palette swap Mummy Dog is confused, one of the few times the palette swap has been directly involved in the action in some form.
Then we hit major turbulence and the hatch opens. Daddy Pig has to push everything back into the hatch, struggling. George loses his tablet, it falls on the floor and George is kicking his feet while bawling his eyes out. Everyone frowns in disgust that this turbulence has caused their experience to go to chippy. The headphones are gone and George cannot take this violent noise on his ears as Peppa and Mummy Pig return. Peppa to the rescue as Mummy Polar Bear and Penny Polar Bear get their only voice noise of the episode as Peppa searches for the headphones. Peppa finds the tablet and pauses it as the noise...Wait a second?! That's the noise George was bawling to?! That makes no sense since he was watching the dinosaur show. It was Dink The Little Dinosaur. Peppa gives the tablet to George as the palette swap Mummy Wolf breathes a sigh of relief in probably the only time I have heard a palette swap talk on this brand. George is sniffling and shedding tears, but Peppa is on the case to find those headphones. Mummy Pig is consoling George as Miss Rabbit arrives with the kart of snacks. Peppa Pig wants orange juice and Miss Rabbit wonders who said that. Peppa finds the headphones, bumps into the tray containing the orange juice Miss Rabbit put on there, box flies into Daddy Pig's face and splashes all over him. You all got that?! Peppa apologizes, Daddy Pig forgives him and bails to wash up. He gets surrounded by karts of snacks as Peppa Pig relaxes while George watches his show feeling better. Mummy Pig puts her safety belt on and can relax. Daddy Pig returns with a kart of snack as does the teeth smile much to the surprise of Mummy Pig. Wait, so he managed to clean himself off without going to the toilet?! SUZY SHEEP~?! Everyone laughs as the narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:06. Just an episode with a few firsts and some pressure. ** 1/2 (50%).
Opening Moment #1: LEGO Peppa is back! That's all you need to know.
School Shopping: Short opens with the supermarket literally falling from the heavens and it's as open-spaced as the rest of this show. At least the red car the Pig family is in is about as intact as you are going to get in a LEGO episode. Jump cut to Peppa pushing a shopping trolly with George inside as Peppa is just talking nonsense at this point. There's no one else here, so I assume that this supermarket is fake and this is just the kids cosplaying a shopping spree. Daddy Pig of course notices Peppa's nonsensical promos and wants her to stop; but Peppa bumps into the blocks and the roof comes off. LEGO roofs are worse than Peppa Pig world roofs. Mummy Pig says it all as they clean up the roof with the magic of LEGO being easy to snap together. Next up, Mummy Pig asks what they want in their lunches and the kids ponder this over. Peppa wants sandwiches with cheese and a lot of emphasis on "please". Mummy asks where the cheese is in the supermarket. Peppa gets the trolly and it's in the fridge section, as she races towards the fridge section of the worst designed supermarket in history. I have seen LEGO supermarkers with better designs than this one. Peppa grabs the cheese and Daddy Pig notices the bagette which Peppa pronounces as "bug-ette". The narrator even pronounces it that way when he explains what it is. George is next and he runs to the fruit section because he wants fruit in his lunch. I approve of this, although I like frozen berries over fresh ones. But that's just me of course. George makes sure that I won't eat his fruit by choosing bananas. The bananas are put in the trolly as Daddy Pig asks what they want to drink. One of them is squash (In British English: cordial.) which is odd since juice would suffice and I guess soda is disallowed in BS&P nowadays. Even though cordial is not pure juice anyway. Peppa and George want fruit smoothies which is contained in the biggest jug they could find in the store. Daddy and Mummy now have to push the trolly. Everyone giggles and thinks it's over. But wait?! George wants more as they make makeshift steps in this fake supermarket to grab a LEGO chocolate cake with candy on top. Of course! What a fool I am?! The steps collapse after this and the steps are cleaned up as pasta is added to the left side on the ground. Everyone is ready for Playgroup as everyone walks stage right with the narrator saying it all to end the episode at 3:08. The episode's story is fine, but that supermarket sucks. Heck, no one paid for anything either. DUMB! ** (40%).
Daddy's New Glasses: Short opens at the eye glasses store where Daddy Pig is looking at pictures of glasses on the wall while Peppa and George are playing blocks on a table with books. I should note that there is a magazine rack which includes the classic Ezza magazine and Glamp magazine, along with Spud, Boingy, Skppp and VROD. There is also a princess magazine containing a pop-up tower which Daddy Pig opens without his glasses on. The kids are giggling, that's a little mean to me. In comes Doctor Pony to recall Daddy Pig in to check on his eyes. It's nice to see Doctor Pony get a speaking role in this show instead of Miss Rabbit having to do his job, too. Daddy Pig tries to walk in, but bumps into Mr. Fox. I guess he needs new glasses, too. Hmmm, maybe he needs some character development that doesn't involve him being a dead beat dad. Anyhow, Daddy Pig heads inside with Peppa and George as Doctor Pony checks Daddy Pig's eyes to get those glasses as accurate as possible. Doctor Pony asks Daddy Pig how he lost his glasses and Daddy Pig explains that quite bluntly that his glasses got destroyed by a blender making smoothies in the kitchen. The flashback sequence is so Rube-Goldbergish that it was basically Daddy Pig's glasses slipped off his face via soap bubbles, then bounces off balls and then got placed into a blender in slow motion. We return to reality (no, not really) as Doctor Pony says it all and the kids laugh. I feel bad for Daddy Pig because it was literally a freak "accident". Even smart ones can suck at judging angles and gravity. Doctor Pony turns out the lights as Daddy Pig thinks the party is over despite no party taking place. We start the checks and it's exactly like my eye exams, except I usually don't need glasses. Although my eyes have been put through some abuse over the years that having to wear glasses will likely be in my future if I don't die first.
Peppa's taunting of Daddy Pig is really getting on my nerves, I've never seen her do this kind of trolling in this brand. There's no reason to punch up on Daddy Pig here, so why is Peppa punching at all other than to make Daddy Pig look like a fool. George laughing at Peppa makes it even worse. Peppa continues to taunt some more, although mostly on Doctor Pony doing his countdown, which is slightly better and George blows air and Peppa thinks George has eaten onions. That was the only funny bit about this. Doctor Pony then decides to use a television monitor to check the eye instead of the usual "eyedrops" into the eye and shine the laugh method. Good on Doctor Pony to do that, a lot less cruel. Peppa of course uses the mobile phone to do her cosplay of this which at least they are doing this to themselves instead of punching down on Daddy Pig. The kids make funny faces for a while as Doctor Pony proclaims that Daddy Pig's eyes are in good health as it's time for the eye chart as Daddy Pig laughs and turns his chair, forcing Peppa to turn the chair back. Daddy Pig blushes with embarrassment. More eye checks as Peppa and George are distracted by Miss Rabbit flying her hot air balloon outside, since Daddy Pig is looking at a hot air balloon. Daddy Pig still needs glasses as it's time to pick out glasses. Peppa and George love the pink flamingo and dine-e-saur glasses, but Daddy Pig picks the same glasses as before, the kids all groan. I don't have much sympathy for George because he picked the same shirt as before in a previous mainline episode. Doctor Pony offers Daddy Pig an extra pair in case more blender bullshit happens. The narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:14 with Daddy Pig and company walking outside. Daddy Pig is wearing orange stop sign rimmed glasses. Featuring cameos from Mummy Dog, Daddy Cat, Mummy Zebra and Zoe Zebra walking on the sidewalk. Well, not all Rebecca Hyland episodes can be bangers, this one was merely okay at best as the taunting from Peppa was treading into ableism grounds. ** 1/2 (50%).
Tidy Up: Short opens with Peppa and George making a mess on the floor with toys and racing track while Grandpa Pig is reading a racing magazine. Grandpa Pig's voice sounds like Grandpa Pig if Grandpa Pig was half his age as he wants them to play Sleepie Piggies, which is whom sleeps the longest. That's one game I don't mind playing and losing; but the kids no sell the deal. They play racing cars on a track with remote controls for a while. Grandpa Pig is concerned about the racing speed, but the narrator says that it's fine and Grandpa Pig relents. There is a lot of fruit cups, carrots and apples in the mess for no reason. Then Grandpa Pig is proven right as the racing is going too fast, the cars ramp off and knock down some conveniently placed potted plants, and Grandpa Pig panics on cue as he plays shield for a bit as the cars destroy pillows and entomb the place with them. Then Grandpa Pig's cellphone rings and Grandpa Pig answers it. It's Mummy Pig informing him that they are coming home in five minutes. Grandpa Pig basically gives the entire mess away by telling them to take from six minutes to 20 minutes before hanging up. Real subtle there, you geek! Peppa feels bad, and I feel bad that Peppa had to say accident which is a pet peeve word of mine. Anyhow, Grandpa Pig forgives her and it's time to clean up in five minutes; which is roughly 100 seconds in real time. Peppa and George are rushing through this, and making a bigger mess overall. That includes putting the feathers onto the sofa and love seat, that was funny. This ends with Peppa and George unintentionally throwing dirt on each other and Peppa blames George for going too fast, which is partially true. Grandpa Pig wants them to do one thing at a time as a team. Sounds reasonable to me. The Pig siblings and Grandpa Pig focus on one at a time and the mess is reduced quite a bit while Peppa sings the TEDDY RUXPIN SONG OF DOOM to kill time in a three minute episode. By the way, the robot vacuum cleaner gets involved with George riding on it of course. The maze is still there and there is still a bunch of stuff on the floor when Daddy and Mummy Pig arrive; but otherwise, it's as clean as it gets. Everyone meets and greets as Daddy Pig brings out the BOX OF MESSY DOOM. Peppa and George yawn in the universal sign of "keep us out of this" and want to play Sleepie Piggies after all. I betcha Daddy Pig opens the box and makes a mess of the sitting room. I check the video...Nope. They all laugh and the narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:05. How disappointing?! The episode itself was fine, but that ending was cut really short for no good reason. ** 3/4 (55%).
Noisy Nightmare: Short opens at the house on the hill BEFORE HAPPY HOUR (sunset) as we go into the sitting room. Suzy Sheep and Peppa Pig are having a sleepover; but Suzy Sheep is in extreme stress mode as...Did Peppa just say "Fuck him, Princess?!" Huh?! I rewound that about three times and I think she meant "Sock him, Princess!" Which makes a lot more sense since on the television, the princess in a yellow dress is chasing a giant green goblin with Peppa cheering for death of said goblin. It ends with the princess zapping light beams up the goblin's ass and the goblins fall onto his ass defeated. Suzy Sheep is so stressed out that this movie must be too violent for her liking. Peppa is so excited, but Suzy apparently hates the loud noise according to the narrator. Mummy Pig comes in with two bowls of popcorn and Peppa bumps into Mummy Pig and hugs her in that order. Mummy and George have a surprise for later as Mummy Pig bails. Peppa is talking with her mouth full while eating popcorn, Suzy look like she literally wants to be somewhere else. This noise is getting to me as well. Suzy finally asks for the volume to be turned down, but Daddy Pig enters with the vacuum cleaner turned on wearing ear muffs, assuring he cannot hear Suzy's screams. Auntie and Uncle Pig enabled this family! I should have known the Noisy Night was a terrible moral message! No, not really. Peppa trolls Suzy some more by turning the volume up. Suzy's ears are fucked as they say. Now you know how Daddy Pig felt at the end of Simple Science with Mr. Bull and the jackhammer, which you didn't give two shits about Daddy Pig's hearing or well being! Goldie don't give two shits about it either. At least Suzy can stand up and leave stage left. Daddy Pig didn't have that going for him at least. Suzy decides to go stage left into the kitchen as Mummy Pig and George are making cookies, since George is licking a dough-covered spoon. Suzy is relieved until the electric mixer is used. Uh-Oh! Suzy Sheep's ears are sound amplifiers. At least Mummy Pig is showing empathy for her as she is trying to turn her loud alarm sound cellphone which apparently uses Baby Alexander's horrible crying sound in Peppa Pig Tales, but it won't turn off. George just runs around and the cellphone lands in the batter and Suzy Sheep's ears are almost ready to kill her inside. Suzy bails as Peppa comes in all excited about the best bit and now everyone is confused. Suzy decides to go upstairs and just read the book on this movie, probably for the best. Peppa comes in wondering what is up and Suzy both lies and tells the truth at the same time. Peppa goes outside, cups her ear and gets it finally. Peppa goes into the room and shuts the door. Peppa brings out the star night light of doom and they start reading the story book together. Mummy Pig cuts them off with cookies and milk on a tray. Peppa asks Suzy if she has cookies and milk, and Suzy says yes. We have cookies and milk as the narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:12. This was another fine episode, but it's not as funny as you would think. *** (60%).
Dirt Blaster: Short opens on the boring road in the middle of a thunder rain storm, with Daddy Pig's car featuring Mummy Pig driving and the kids worrying about the rain. Then the noise as Daddy Pig attempts to calm Peppa down. George and Peppa embrace and then the rain stops. Mummy Pig is relieved, but there are muddy puddles. Then on the opposite side of the road, Captain Dog races through and splashes mud all over the car like an asshole. I could see Mr. Bull or Mr. Labo doing this as revenge, but Captain Dog?! Whhhhhyyyy?! Speaking of Mr. Bull, he runs Granddad Dog's garage as Mummy Pug uses her cellphone to buy a go at the automated car wash featuring Gigi Gazelle demonstrating it for us. Gigi stammers as she calls it magnificent. George is whimpering, but doesn't outright bawl his eyes out since it looks scary. I'm guessing George doesn't like being shook. Peppa offers to hold hands with George like before and George agrees to it. We head into the automated car wash as this car wash clearly uses rainbow colored soap, for no reason that I can think of. The narrator is in full "How It's Made" mode today. George cannot handle the noise; but the noise stops and it's a rainbow world. Mummy Pig wins GEEK OF THE WEEK honors as her window is 15% open and the bubble soap is getting into the car. Mummy Pig winds up the windows as we drive into the actual wash segment as the hoses clean the car down. Now George bawls his eyes out in pain. Peppa holds hands with George again as they play hose misdirection for a long ass whomping time. George is feeling better as the car goes into the horseshoe car polishing machine. Peppa and George hold hands again and they brave it out, so to speak. After all this, the car is completely spotless. The car drives out as Mr. Bull asks about his all new Dirt Blaster car washing machine and everyone loves it of course. I betcha they get the car muddy again and we do this spot again for fun. I check the video... Damn, I'm so good. It was Mr. Badger on a yellow tractor that was the culprit. Peppa wants to go again and they drive back to Mr. Bull as Daddy Pig buys the car wash ticket this time. The narrator says it all as the car goes into the Dirt Blaster again to end the episode at 3:08. A decent episode with an obvious finish. *** (60%).
Opening Moment #1: LEGO PEPPA IS BACK~! That's all you need to know.
Trick Or Treat: Short opens at HAPPY HOUR as there is a knock on the door. Mummy Pig answers the door and it's Suzy Sheep dressed like a butterfly and Peppa dressed as an astronaut wanting either tricks or treat. Why not both?! Those bags look like blue buckets I should note. Like I'm buying that Mummy Pig cannot figure Peppa Pig out as Daddy Pig comes out with the giant red camera. Everyone says cheese while the narrator explains the obvious to us. Except that George is missing for some reason. This is a Halloween episode, don't think I forgot about that. We then discover that George is inside preparing himself and everyone head inside just to expose the limitations of the LEGO stop motion animation. Outside of a giant spider web, it looks too exposed. Rumbling ensues as Suzy and Peppa decides to go after him by climbing a white ladder that is clearly outside. Peppa and Suzy head upstairs to call out George, but the place is messy. My room is messier than this. Peppa don't care as we spend some time tidying up the messy room. As they decide where the bricks go, there is a ghost floating around while their backs are turned. If you cannot guess who it is, you have no business reading this rant. More cleaning up as the ghost wails off-screen. Then a loud thud ensues as Peppa and Suzy deduce that it's George as the ghost. Suzy offers to check downstairs as the bathroom is messed up now. Wait, I thought it was the front hallway?! SUZY SHEEP~?! Peppa cleans up some more as Suzy is wondering who made the mess. The ghost appears in the background wailing and I think Suzy just spotted it. Suzy is scared stiff because LEGO blocks are stiff, you see. Peppa proclaims that ghosts are not real, in a world where Father Christmas is real. I cannot take anything you say seriously, Peppa. That claim sucked! More rumbling as the kitchen is messy as somehow the pumpkins are intact. That one's on LEGO, not Suzy Sheep this time. The adults have been gaslit into believing that it's a ghost as they say it in stereo. Suzy cringes but Peppa giggles because that is absurd. Again, cannot take anything this anthromorphic pig says seriously. Then the ghost appears behind a LEGO block and everyone except Peppa is scared. Peppa can clearly see blue shoes, it has to be George as Peppa walks up and lifts the sheet from the ghost to reveal George. Then the parents realize that George had the costume backwards and that's why the house was a mess. Okay, I can accept that. Everyone has a hearty laugh as George's costume is put back on and everyone leaves the house to go get some candy, while the narrator says it all to end the episode at 3:08. This was an okay episode, and man I'm tried of this since seven (straight) of the eight episodes weren't even really fun. *** (60%).
THE REVIEW LINE
Well, outside of Game Night where Peppa losing over and over again became an Olympic sport and hilarious as a result, the remaining episodes were just there. School Shopping was the worst because it really exposes how limited the idea of LEGO Duplo stop motion animation is and no one even bothered to pay anything. I mean, the only characters present are Mummy and Daddy Pig, Peppa Pig, George Pig, Suzy Sheep, Grandpa Pig and Granny Pig. That's it! Not even Miss Rabbit made an appearance and she usually runs the supermarket! Some episodes would have better if the episode didn't get cut short (Tidying Up), or get problematic (Noisy Nightmare, Daddy's New Glasses, Cabin Pressure), or just there (Trick or Treat, Dirt Blaster). I guess the whole concept of Peppa Pig Tales is starting to wear me down as a viewer. So...
Thumbs down for School Shopping. Thumbs in the middle for the rest and I'll see you all next time.
